However, some companies may apply the general rule where the system credits part-time employees with the same number of paid leave days as full-time employees... Then the leave balance is adjusted through the calculation system when leave is taken.

How to configure paid leave software?

The company’s paid leave calculation rules must be carefully configured in the HR rules configuration system.
You must start by defining the number of leave days to be accrued monthly or annually.
The leave tool also allows defining the leave allocation counter, also called the leave-taking counter.
The leave interface provides a user management space to define the application conditions of paid leave according to the employee’s contract.
Some employees may or may not be eligible for RTT depending on the nature of their employment contract. For example, in the case of a 35-hour contract with 5 weeks of paid leave, without compensatory rest (RC).
The configuration of a software program is generally handled by the information system administrator during the deployment of the solution.
